This is dealt with and covered in the Decisions tab of my website but here I would like to add that the "after" picture on this site was exactly what I wanted to achieve physically within twelve weeks and that I knew what I was going to look like after twelve weeks - prior to my starting the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge.
Just remember that your goals and reasons for doing the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge might not be the same as mine, we are all unique individuals and have different desires to achieve different results.
All I am asking you is to make sure that you have a set goal - an objective for the particular reason you are taking up the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge, and that this is CLEARLY imprinted in your mind's eye.
Believe me you will need this to overcome the mental "wrestling" and challenges to "persevere" as the weeks go by!!!!

On the 12th of January 2009 I started the USN Lifestyle Challenge
I could definitely start seeing results (it started to pay off)
I could clearly see the benefit that this programme was bringing to me
