My Strategy - Nourishment (Eating Plan)

Supplementation & diet in my opinion represents about 80% of your success; if you are not going to commit to this you are not going to achieve your goals - it's as simple as that.

 
 

chickenUSN offers a number of supplemental & diet strategies on their website as well as in the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge Transformation Pack and these diets have been designed to achieve specific goals like lean muscle gain, fat loss and any other goals you may set yourself and want to achieve.

 
 

I did the lean muscle gain diet with a few twists, I recommend you use these strategies or consult a qualified dietician to assist you in achieving your specific goals.

 
 

prawnMy diet strategy is presented in the An Eating Plan Analysed tab. But I want to reiterate that my diet was designed for me!!! You will invariably have different needs as to what I had. I would strongly recommend contacting USN and talking to one of the consultants, they are there to help you achieve you goals.
