Recipies

There are no magic foods that will melt your fat away but making a few simple changes and learning to eat sensibly will assist you in loosing those extra kilograms.

 

The most effective way to lose fat and keep it off is regular exercise plus a healthy and careful calorie intake.

 

Small regular meals keeps your metabolism going and is a much better way to burn calories than one or two big meals a day.

 

This part of the website will be for those that are striving to actively change their lifestyles, and are committed to a balanced and fulfilling life. You are more than welcome to e-mail your recipes to me and I will post them accordingly, this will be the last part of my support team, YOU, or should I say each other.

 

I think for the most of us out there support is a necessity, so let's support each other and share.
