Tracking My Progress
Essential Measurements
My Strategy
The only way I can really make sense of how I approached the USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge was to regard it as going to battle.
I am going to break this up into segments and call it Adrian's invasion on Adrian.
Remember, we are going to battle, a battle with ourselves, and this is no easy feat. Your enemy (you) knows your every move and hence know's just as much about you as you do.
You will need the best of all the help you can get. I started by choosing a team, a team I knew would be with me every step of the way. A team that would remind me that, as the weeks go by, my enemy will become weak and will know less and less about me because I will be in the process of transforming myself into someone else, someone more alert, a superior someone that has the desire and will to win the war in which they are engaged.
My team consisted of:
| 1. My Mission Goals | : | Adrian Jonck | |
| 2. Home Base Partner | : | Wife, kids, friends or parents | |
| 3. Battle-field Partner | : | Gym Partner, Personal Trainer | |
| 4. Research & Intelligence (Information) | : | USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge Website | |
| 5. Choosing your weapons (Supplements) | : | USN Supplementation | |
| 6. Strategic Intelligence (Progress Reports) | : | Biokineticist | |
| 7. Nourishment (Eating Plan) | : | USN Diet Plan, Dietician | |
| 8. Battle Field Decisions (Support) | : | USN Consultants | |
| 9. Keeping the Peace (Maintaining Results) | : | USN Body & Lifestyle Challenge |
So, OK, look at the "team" above. Are we alone? NO, Do we have the best to go to battle with? YES. You see, there are more people supporting me than you can imagine. I will be covering the above in depth to try and explain the importance of each team "member" and active participation and role played by each of them.

On the 12th of January 2009 I started the USN Lifestyle Challenge
I could definitely start seeing results (it started to pay off)
I could clearly see the benefit that this programme was bringing to me
